　　美国伍斯特理工学院Amy Zeng教授应邀于2011年6月27日在主楼418会议室作了题为“Risk Management in Supply Chains: My Research Projects and Findings”的学术报告。报告会前管理与经济学院副院长王兆华教授介绍了Amy Zeng教授的基本情况和学术成就，管理科学与工程系张祥副教授，王建才副教授、技术经济与管理系李果老师等20余名师生出席了报告会。

      Amy Zeng教授首先回顾了近几年国际供应链风险管理研究动态和热点问题，接着就其研究兴趣和方向介绍了(1)基于决策分析和优化技术的供应链风险管理策略；(2)全球采购决策和过程分析。Amy Zeng教授的报告主题明确、现场氛围活跃，大家就供应链相关风险管理问题进行了广泛热烈的讨论。

报告人简介：
　　Professor Zeng has been on the faculty of School of Business at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since the fall of 1999. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at the Pennsylvania State University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Dr. Zeng has extensive research, teaching, consulting, and advising experiences in the fields of operations, supply chain, and logistics management. Her research expertise lies in two areas: (1)risk management tactics and strategies based on decision analysis and optimization approach; and (2) global sourcing decision and process analysis.
