　　6月21日，美国Stevens理工学院Weiping Tan博士应邀来必威·BETWAY作学术报告。报告会在主楼6层会议室举行，主题为”Systems thinking and systems readiness evaluation”。报告会由公共管理系张跃军老师主持，学院部分博士后与研究生参加了报告会。

　　Tan博士系统介绍了系统思维（Systems thinking）、系统准备度、技术准备度、连接准备度的含义，以及多功能多性能系统的准备度评价方法及应用。
　　报告之后，Tan博士与在场听众就系统准备度的评估方法、系统准备度的实质与用途、相关研究成果的实际应用及发展趋势等问题展开了热烈讨论。

主讲人简介：
　　Mr. Tan now is the PhD candidate for the last year in Stevens Institute of Technology, USA . His research interests cover Systems Engineering Management, Project Management and associated emerging methodologies. He takes the IEEE student membership, and is also the Member of the Engineering Management Honor Society, and the reviewer for some international journals, such as Journal of Systems Engineering, System Research Forum as well as International Journal of Engineering Management and Economics. He has many publications including some internationally peer-reviewed journal articles, such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Systems Engineering and International Journal of Defense Acquisition Management etc.
